Hello everyone,
for controlling the underfloor heating in our apartment, fairly simple switches from Athe are planned, which only have a dial with a common 1-5 scale. I assume these are also thermostats.
We have never lived in an apartment with underfloor heating before, and I understand that the lead and lag times are different here compared to conventional radiators, but isn’t this control system somewhat outdated? It doesn’t have to be an app right away, but wouldn’t it make sense to have a bit more control options even with underfloor heating?
Best regards

For standard systems, there are only two types: either NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open), meaning power consumption when open or power consumption when closed.
Also, the rotary element is indeed a thermostat, not just a simple "switch," but more of an estimating device.
