Hello everyone,

I am looking for a construction quality control service during the building process in the Düsseldorf area and surroundings.
Maybe someone has already done some research and can recommend a person or an institution?

Project details:
Semi-detached house, 160 m2 (1,722 sq ft) in size.

Of course, considering the price-performance ratio.

I would appreciate your advice.

Regards

If you don’t want to help, please comment somewhere else. The word cheap was never mentioned, and it also annoys me here that no one helps and only nonsense is written...

Don’t generalize, but your question is completely valid.

Why choose a Ferrari (when you’re budget-conscious) if a VW will get you to the destination?!

Please be patient a little longer... maybe someone still has a tip.

Are you looking for a construction supervisor for what I would consider—despite some opinions suggesting you can take it easy—a worst-case scenario: building one half of a semi-detached house without coordinated management, ideally with an unknown adjacent owner whose construction method is also unknown, and even more challenging if one has a basement and the other does not?

To put it in the words of the previous poster, this would not just be like choosing a Ferrari over a VW, but more like a Ferrari Superior.
