Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a single-family house with Helma Estenfeld and are currently about to sign the contracts, but we would like to have them reviewed beforehand.
We are now looking for someone who can oversee the entire construction project from the beginning, preferably someone local who knows what they are doing.
Maybe someone can recommend a person to me.

We have had very good experiences with an expert recommended by the Owner Protection Association. The specialist lawyer they suggested for contract review beforehand and also legal disputes afterward was equally reliable. It was money very well spent!!

Hello everyone,
we are currently in the process of making a choice. There are mixed reviews online about BHSH, while we haven’t heard anything about DEKRA so far.

At the moment, DEKRA is our favorite (their price is around 3,000 € (approximately $3,200), which seems to be the usual range).

We also dealt with Bauexperts from Renningen, but their price seems suspiciously low (€449.00 (including 19% VAT)), which covers:

1. Foundation slab and basement
2. Shell completion
3. Interior construction and rough installations
4. Final completion / inspection

Does anyone have experience with either Bauexperts or DEKRA? We are still undecided...
