Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a single-family house with Helma Estenfeld and are currently about to sign the contracts, but we would like to have them reviewed beforehand.
We are now looking for someone who can oversee the entire construction project from the beginning, preferably someone local who knows what they are doing.
Maybe someone can recommend a person to me.

Postal code: 91443

Thanks, regards, Alex

Who is the designer of the plan that is going to be built?

The basic design I created was then revised by the seller.
Why do you ask?

The seller’s only role is to adapt your design to the general contractor’s procedures, basically to fit you into a predefined category.

An architect who designs your house for you and with whom you can develop and discuss your home is a completely different matter.

Because this determines who is the most suitable expert to guide the next steps. In the case of owning your own land / self-designed plans / building with a general contractor, this would be a building surveyor or expert.

House sellers are very rarely experienced professionals. I recommend getting a second opinion on the results.

Ok, then it will be an expert or perhaps a home builders' association, private builders' association, TÜV, DEKRA—what would you recommend?
