I am planning to build a bungalow in our spacious garden. It is intended to be rented out later as a holiday apartment or living space for tradespeople. First, I would like to determine the potential costs involved and the best approach to take. Does it make sense to hire an architect for this, go directly to a construction company, or perhaps buy ready-made plans and have them executed by the appropriate tradespeople?
