ᐅ Construction of two shell structures: a single-family house and a two-family house in the southern Cologne area

Hello everyone, does anyone perhaps know a good company in the Cologne area or surroundings that can build the shell structures for our project in 2022? It involves a single-family house and a two-family house to be built next to each other. Thank you.

I already replied to you earlier, but apparently a moderator didn’t understand Kölsch again, as the answer is no longer there. I asked if you wanted to build in Poll, so I could ask my aunt in Westhoven if she could recommend someone. Are you still looking for the same construction project as in 2014?

I had already assumed that plots were available. If they are the same ones as in 2014, you might want to explain a bit more about why the construction project has not progressed since then. If, on the other hand, that project has already been completed, the obvious question would be why you wouldn’t choose the same contractor again. I can only ask my aunt again tomorrow ;-)
