I kindly ask for your help. We plan to suspend the ceiling almost completely on the ground floor of our new single-family house for lighting reasons.
Now the question arises whether I might be risking mold issues if there is no air circulation in the cavity between the suspended ceiling and the concrete slab. Specifically, I am concerned about construction moisture that might not be able to escape from this cavity.
Could someone please provide an assessment and advice?
