I have a somewhat special inheritance case: it concerns a shell construction that was started in the late 1990s. Some work was done sporadically over the years, with a fair amount of poor workmanship from the hired companies, which was partially corrected by the owners themselves. As a result, there is now a shell structure that is intended to become a residential home. I am looking for a site manager who can take on this project. Does anyone have an idea or recommendation for this particular situation? A recent detailed expert report is available. The shell building is located in the district of Starnberg.
