Good morning everyone,
We discussed our house construction with Massivhaus Mittelrhein here in the forum back in 2016.
Now, for family reasons, we are planning a fresh start in the Westerwald region, near Westerburg / Hachenburg. Since the forum search didn’t really help, I’m just going to ask here. Does anyone know of good building companies (either masonry or prefabricated) in this area? We want to build a turnkey bungalow of about 130 m² (1,400 sq ft) on a slab foundation. Our budget, excluding land, is approximately €300,000 to €350,000.
Massivhaus Mittelrhein is no longer an option for us.

Although they are located on the edge of the Westerwald region in Herbornseelbach, their structural builder comes from Breitscheid and their electrician from near Neuwied. So all within the Westerwald service area. By the way, Hachenburg and Westerburg are really nice places to live. I personally lived in Hachenburg for several years and worked in Westerburg.
