Hello dear community,

this might sound unusual, but I would like to know if and how it is possible to connect an already developed plot of land to electricity and water without having to build a house.

I have a plot that my wife and I plan to build on in 3-4 years. However, I would like to put a garden shed on it and start using the plot already. Is that possible? I would need electricity and water and/or sewage for this.

If yes, how?

I hope you can help me.

If I were you, I would contact the utility providers and the building authority. Fees and other charges will then also apply.
We have some garden sheds connected to electricity and water — they only needed to provide a dry handover point for the utility providers (I’m not sure if a wooden garden shed is sufficient, as the sheds all had concrete foundations).

Thank you for the reply.
I will do that and inquire there about what I need to do to make it possible.

It usually needs to be frost-free, as a rule.
