Hi,
I have an intercom system with an a/b Patchbox Pro from L-Tek.
It works fine so far.
In addition to the ringing phones, I would like (or rather the authorities require) a traditional doorbell chime. The chime is a Grothe Croma 100A.
I have studied both manuals, but I cannot find a common solution.

Can you tell me how to connect the two devices?

So far, I have considered connection diagram “C” to be the most sensible.
However, when I connect it this way, the chime does nothing when I press the doorbell button. Not even an LED lights up.
To me, only C and D make sense at first. After all, the Patchbox only provides two wires to the chime (12 V, or not?).
Or do I need to supply the chime with constant voltage (12 V or 230 V)?

The doorbell is connected here. Terminal C is not related to this; it is only the power supply for the entire system and the doorbell buttons.

Yes, I have connected them there as well, using 2 wires.
And created the jumper as shown in the diagram.

But where do I connect the two wires coming from the patch box to the chime?
By "C" I mean connection diagram "C," not terminal label "C."

Maybe I should have mentioned that...
The right part of the image shows the connection diagrams of the chime.

Connect the two green wires from the junction box according to wiring diagram B to =/~ and C1.

OK, but I don’t want to use batteries.
I thought that the patch box supplies 12V as power exactly when the doorbell needs it and triggers it at the same time.

If the doorbell requires constant power, I could simply run 12V from the doorbell transformer, right!?

Simply omit the batteries and then connect it to point D.
