Connilein16 Jan 2021 08:41Good morning,
I am currently a bit confused. Many construction projects are starting right now, and there seem to be few or no problems related to COVID-19. As far as I know, companies are allowed to work. Now our developer says that due to official regulations, construction cannot begin?! Why not? Other projects are going ahead. We are building in Lower Saxony, Schaumburg district...
This confuses me. Can someone clarify?
Best regards

Personally, I think a bit more caution is appropriate during our C-phase. I don’t understand why you are putting pressure now. We all face setbacks, whether economic or personal. The safety of people takes priority over the planned move-in date in August.
Try to be a bit more patient regarding the timeline.

Our general contractor is also cautious. Usually, there should only be one trade working in the house at a time. Occasionally, a second trade might be there briefly.
But otherwise, there are no restrictions.
If I look two houses down... There are sometimes vans from 4 to 6 different companies parked in front of the house at the same time. It must be quite cramped inside.
