Hello everyone.
If the following applies to a single-family house in need of renovation:
It has been divided according to the Condominium Act (WEG) and is legally considered a condominium.
What does this mean?
Does this mean that I do not legally own the entire house alone?
The house is located in the first row with a plot size of almost 400 m² (4306 sq ft).
There is another house located behind it.
Thank you very much

The house on the left looks quite close to the red house, but that might be misleading. What do you mean by "behind"? Please show the house at the back or an aerial view (see below). Could it be that the plot was divided at the back and another house was built there?
You probably know the address, right? Please upload an aerial view here. Or better yet, three: first with the immediate neighboring buildings on the left and right (and behind), then the whole street (including the gardens), and finally the neighborhood.
