Hello everyone,

I have attached some photos of my roof and would like to hear your opinions. Can you assess whether the roof is in good condition, or if any changes or repairs are needed?
The house is an end-terrace house built in 1990.

If you think any modifications are necessary, I would also appreciate advice on the specific measures required and an approximate estimate of the costs involved.

Looks like new.
A photo from the outside would be more interesting. If the roof tiles are heavily covered with moss, you might consider replacing them. While you’re at it, you could also install an underlay membrane and your project would be complete.

It would, of course, be important to know: Is there any rainwater getting inside anywhere?
