Hello,
We had a flush-mounted mailbox system with a video intercom installed in our facade after completion.
The facade consists of 20 cm (8 inches) sand-lime brick and 16 cm (6.5 inches) insulation. The mailbox is 10 cm (4 inches) deep. The installation was done by a professional company.
Currently, we have slight condensation on the inside of the mailbox door. The rest of the interior part is dry.
Does anyone else have a flush-mounted mailbox and the same issue? We don’t experience this problem during the summer.
I would appreciate any responses.

I would say this is hardly avoidable.
