ᐅ Condensation water in the ventilation system cannot drain properly.

Last year we moved into our single-family house with a central ventilation system (model ValloPlus 350 SC R). Since then, I have consistently faced two issues, and I don't know the cause or how to fix them:
Issue 1: On the right side (outside air side), the condensate only drains when the ventilation system is turned off (negative pressure)? When it is switched off, you can hear gurgling sounds and the water drains. However, during operation, the water accumulates. What could be the cause, and what can I do about it? It almost seems like there is negative pressure involved; could that be the case?
Issue 2: On the left side (see photo), condensate also forms, sometimes standing 1-2 cm (about 1 inch) high inside the ventilation unit. However, there is no drain here due to the separation under the heat exchanger. How is this possible? Should there even be condensate forming here, since no drainage is planned? And again: What can I do to address this?
It would be great if anyone has experience with this and can maybe help.
