Hello, we are currently building a single-family house with Heinz von Heiden. Yesterday, our intermediate floor slab was poured, and now there is a pile of concrete right in front of our entrance. The site manager says that we have to remove the pile ourselves. Is this legal?

And if you build with others, you pay more and it’s included... so what now?!
I choose my own container service and can more or less control the costs. And yes, leftover concrete was also left on my driveway. You could probably have prevented that for a fee, but then they would have cleaned the concrete pump somewhere else.
Before – broken up by three people using crowbars, hammers, and chisels – after, a few hours later All good. That’s actually a good approach.

Exactly, the problem usually is:
Once there’s a small pile, it somehow always gets bigger... 😡
It’s called the "broken window theory"
Regards, Olliand the neighbors join in...For my first house, we asked to leave the "rubble" on site. Stommel house with solid wood planks :p The carpenters were about to load everything onto the truck when I said: no, no... just leave it there.
The guys on the construction site always supplemented their firewood supplies with that wood. The only problem was that we also had a fireplace 😉
This time, we used direct contracting. I never would have guessed that with some home builders, you have to book something like that as an additional package... 🙄

And those who build with others pay more, and it’s already factored in... so what now?!However, the structural shell contractor can do it much cheaper by simply inserting a piece of bent reinforcement bar as a "handle" into the still soft pile ;-) Let it cure and then lift the entire mass with a crane into the container.
This is far more economical than the homeowner having to strain themselves.
