Hello,
I hope you can help me, as I have a rather unattractive problem. I know, maybe I should have asked someone experienced before wallpapering—but I didn’t!
Now it’s done, the hallway has been wallpapered, and you can clearly see the individual strips that were pasted. I was told that I applied the wallpaper against the direction of the light, whatever that means???
Anyway, the edges are very visible, and it looks quite unappealing. Is there any way to hide or soften the edges?
I hope someone understands what I mean…

You couldn’t tell it came from a mishap—it might have been intentional, but it doesn’t have to be. If you don’t like something like that, then the only other option I know is to remove it and redo it.
