Hello everyone, next to our house there is a precast concrete garage (see photo). It was recommended to close the gap between the house and the garage and protect it from rain. Since the protective film on the garage was not left in place, another solution is needed. Additionally, the wall of the garage is slightly wider, and a metal sheet has already been installed at the joint between the two garage sections. Basically, both structures are individually protected against water. What would be the best way to seal the gap?
