ᐅ Merciful Ceramic Cooktops – How to Stop the Beeping

I recently installed ceramic cooktops with a hardening finish in my kitchen.

Something that annoys me a lot is that the cooktops beep when an object, like a pot or even a plate, is placed on the surface—even though the cooktops aren’t hot and the stove isn’t even turned on (!).

Is there a way to stop this unnecessary beeping? It only stops when you remove the object. Thanks for your advice.

Actually, the cooktops only do this when something is placed on the control surface. The beeping cannot be turned off, unless you switch off the circuit breaker in the distribution box.
