Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a suitable dishwasher for my new kitchen. The issue with the long kitchen fronts can technically be solved with an additional attachment, but I would prefer to avoid this since it is a custom solution and requires drilling into the adjacent cabinets.

At the moment, I have been looking at the following dishwasher: Siemens SX76N057EU

Alternatively: Neff S72N65X4EU

Overall, it should fit, as the front is specified as 80cm (31.5 inches), achieved through the vario hinge, which seems to function similarly to the Ikea solution. Am I missing something here, or could this be a viable option if things like energy efficiency class A etc. are not that important?

Hello,
I already mentioned that I installed the Neff GX669.
It works with ASSISTANCE, but you can’t avoid drilling into the cabinets.
In my opinion, that’s not a problem—where do you see an issue?

Hello Jelimi,

the NEFF GX669 (S52N69X3EU) you installed is a differently sized appliance. The maximum width of the front panel is specified as 775 mm (30.5 inches). For the Siemens model, it is 800 mm (31.5 inches), and the plinth height specifications also differ.

I didn’t pay attention to what the maximum front was specified as.
Take a look at my gallery; there is a picture there.
I installed fronts totaling 90cm (35 inches), specifically 10/40/20/20 from bottom to top.

I would trust the specifications provided by Siemens and do not see any other possible obstacles.
