Hello everyone.
Our windows are (according to the window manufacturer) RAL7016.
Our window sills (these were installed by the company that did the exterior plastering—only God knows why) are supposedly also RAL7016.
They are plastic windows with aluminum window sills.
However, the color difference is very noticeable!
Do I have to accept this?

It will never match perfectly. Even a powder coating using the same powder on steel and aluminum will have a slightly different color. Different gloss levels also make the color appear different. Additionally, there are two different coating processes involved here. When in doubt, always compare samples, but keep in mind that there may still be slight variations.

Aluminum and plastic always look different. The aluminum is painted, while the plastic window is covered with a film, so they cannot look exactly the same. Don’t worry, the dark windowsill will be dusty after a week anyway, so it will look different again.
