ᐅ Consolidated Thread: Prefabricated House Prices – List Price vs. Final Price

FiddyHello everyone,
I have an idea for a collective thread that summarizes and illustrates how the base prices, also known as "catalog prices," of individual prefabricated house companies have changed compared to the actual final price.
I imagined it something like this:
For example:
xxx Hausbau GmbH
Model xy
140m² (1507 sq ft)
Base price €140,000
Upgrade costs: electric shutters, tiles, bathroom, interior doors, etc.
All-inclusive final price.
If someone prefers not to provide that much detail or does not want to share exact prices, it could also be done like this:
xxx Hausbau GmbH
140m² (1507 sq ft)
Base price + 20% = Final price
It would be great if the company name, the square meters, and of course the value (in euros or percent) of the difference between the base price and final price are mentioned.
Of course, this can’t be generalized, but it would certainly provide an interesting cross-section.
Additionally, it might help reveal "bargain price" providers :-)
It would be great if anyone would share their experiences with us.
