we are planning to build a brick house in Baden-Württemberg / Heilbronn district. We already have a plot of land. We are looking for a construction company that can manage the project for us as a general contractor. So far, we have looked at Viebrockhaus and Gussek Haus but are not fully convinced yet. Does anyone here in the forum possibly know a general contractor who builds this type of house? Ideally, someone who has already built one like this themselves?

Hello Malunga – thank you very much. We will take a closer look at them. I forgot to mention that Viebrockhaus and Gussek Haus are, of course, nationwide companies, but we are actually looking for a regional general contractor because we would prefer shorter distances and believe that we would receive more personalized and ultimately better support that way. In the end, a low price is not always the cheapest option overall. And Viebrockhaus, when you want to make your own adjustments, is anything but inexpensive. After reviewing some of their construction details more closely, it certainly does not seem as high-quality as it initially appears.
