Hello, in our new build the window sills are made of light-colored engineered stone. Although we were careful during construction and taped off the window sills, we still can’t get them completely clean. Some of them have a matte surface in places.
Do you have any experience or suggestions on the best way or products to clean them?

Thank you.

Hello,

You really need to be careful with this stone. We have the artificial stone as window sills and for an open staircase in our house. Water stains remain visible forever, and the stone scratches very easily. We even have scratches on the staircase, although we only walk around in slippers and socks. Our neighbors have the same issue, by the way...
There is a polish that removes surface scratches. Ask your window sill installer about it; we also got it from our staircase builder.
