Hello,
we have purchased a semi-detached house from a developer.
We will soon need to plan the electrical layout with the electrician.
Could you provide me with a checklist of what to pay attention to during the electrical planning, especially when working with a developer?
What key points should we consider for a standard electrical installation?

What do you mean by wall and ceiling outlets?Wall lights and ceiling lights. Outlets = cables sticking out 😉and, of course, the often appreciated ceiling outlets for CAT cables (to connect Wi-Fi access points via PoE under the ceiling)
Have the prices for additional power outlets, LAN sockets, etc., clearly itemized. Do not install “simplex” LAN sockets (this never makes sense)
Use modular patch panels, or carry out this part yourself (in the network distribution cabinet or utility room) or hire a separate contractor, as developers or similar parties often overcharge here

Install network and satellite cables inside conduits for easy replacement.
Set up network cabling for an outdoor access point (for the terrace and garden) and LAN to the garage for a potential future electric vehicle charging station.
Determine where and how all LAN cables will terminate, and possibly agree on cable lengths. Should everything be simply nailed to the wall, or use a network cabinet or multimedia distributor? Decide on the size!

We also have an outdoor socket on the terrace, but unfortunately there isn’t one near the front door or similar, which would be useful for Christmas lights. If so, I would go ahead and buy a wall-mounted electric vehicle charger in 2022, since it’s easy to plan for that during new construction. The satellite dish should not be installed on the roof but, if possible, on the carport or something similar. It should be easily accessible for maintenance, such as replacing the LNB. I’m not a big fan of all the LAN cabling—practically, a small house works well with Wi-Fi. Don’t let anyone sell you lamps with dusk sensors or motion detectors; this cheap stuff from China works for about three years and then stops functioning. A lamp should have a simple on/off switch, period. That’s my advice.
