Hello everyone,
we are planning to build our house next year and are currently working on the kitchen layout.
I have attached a picture showing our first sketch.
The measurement on the left, 1.02 m (3 ft 4 in), is a sliding door.
The upper 1.51 m (5 ft) are two window/door elements.
What do you think of our initial idea?
Is it possible to arrange the appliances/furniture differently without disturbing the child in the bedroom?
By the way, the oven should be integrated with the microwave and installed at a high level.
There should also be tall cabinets above the sink and dishwasher.
Unfortunately, we have very little experience in this area, so we would appreciate any advice.
Best regards,
xeniatoe

Well, it would have been better if it were a bit more to scale. Next time, if you're bored at work, just grab an A4 sheet from the printer instead of a Post-It.
I can’t say much about the content. The room is very cramped, and the doors make it even worse. Rearranging the appliances is about all you can do.
Therefore, I would definitely move the dishwasher closer to the door and place the tall cabinet with the microwave and stove in the corner at the back. This will make the passage less tight and save walking distance. Are the water connections still flexible in terms of placement?
