Hello everyone!
I have spent a lot of time searching here, and still:
Following the “you can always get a quote first” approach.
Which turnkey prefab house providers and basement builders are currently known for affordable construction?
At the moment, Danwood is clearly the price leader with a detailed offer. Their scope of work and performance description also suits us.
Feedback from two good friends who built with Danwood: excellent.
But please, please, please — I understand: quality issues and additional costs during customization, etc., are well known to me.
However, I don’t want a Porsche or even a BMW, a Golf or even a Dacia will be enough.
Additionally, I will have the offers, contract, and rough construction acceptance checked by a professional.
Still, a heartfelt request to you all:
Please name a few companies where I can simply request a quote.

We visited Danhaus (not Danwood) the week before last. They told us that a 140 m² (1,507 sq ft) bungalow built to KfW 40 Plus standards would cost 300,000 €. We didn’t ask for more details because we decided to go with solid construction.
Otherwise, look into prefabeko. Their website is also in German. It’s a Polish company currently building in Fürstenwalde.
