I will take a look at it tomorrow. Until then, you should use the time to share the old plans here – preferably including the basement and section drawings. And of course, all four of the new ones: both alternatives, for the ground floor and upper floor!
It would also be helpful to know the age of the house (I’m already too tired to estimate right now).
