What is the current condition? Existing floor plan? Original state?

There are two versions of the ground floor and two versions of the upper floor! Is this a "spot the difference" puzzle, or what exactly is this?

Are we supposed to guess everything else now? Sorry, but we can’t read your mind, nor can anything be interpreted as structural from just a simple square shape.

Please fill out the questionnaire with your requirements and preferences, share the original design, and let us understand your thought process.

The first one shows the current state as a busy picture (colorful), the other floor plan with an open-plan kitchen is the concept.
Somehow the files were inserted twice, that was not intended.

It always refers to the ground floor.

Does not work. Draw the furniture to scale.

Kitchen with a maximum width of 5 m (16 feet) ... I can only agree with haydee on that. You have to allow at least 3 m (10 feet) width for a table with chairs if you want to move around comfortably. And what is shown as a suggested kitchen is not a kitchen layout at all.
