The offer from our general contractor includes the central mechanical ventilation system Helios EC 370 W.
So far, I haven’t found enough information about Helios systems here in the forum to form a clear opinion.
Does anyone have experience with a central mechanical ventilation system by Helios or currently use one?
I would opt for the system with an enthalpy heat exchanger, which would be the EC 370 W ET model.
Based on the floor plans, I calculated an interior volume of approximately 440 m³ (15,520 ft³).
If I’m not mistaken, the system’s capacity should be suitable.
The datasheet lists airflow rates at three settings: 350 / 200 / 140 m³/h (205 / 118 / 82 CFM).

We have a 500 model with heat and enthalpy exchanger, suitable for about 470 m3 (16,600 ft³). It is not yet in operation. The 370 model, I believe, is from the previous generation, with fewer control options. An alternative would have been from Paul, which seemed somewhat higher quality but also more expensive.

How many cubic meters do you have, or how many square meters is your house?

As mentioned earlier, 470 m³ (16,600 ft³)
for 160 m² (1,720 ft²) of living space.

We also have a living area of 160m² (1720 sq ft).
The 370 model might be a bit tight for that.

The 300 model would have worked for us in theory, as it largely depends on the pressure losses. However, the 500 model offers more capacity, consumes less power, and is quieter. For the reasons mentioned above, I would not have chosen the 370 model.
