ᐅ Central rail lock on Weru entrance door does not lock electronically

My main entrance door from Weru is connected to a Balter doorbell system. With this doorbell system, I can hear when someone rings the doorbell from both inside and outside. In addition, the door is equipped with an electronic locking system that allows me to open the door electronically. When I open the door electronically, all the bolts should automatically retract to unlock the door and allow access. However, there is a problem: the main bolt at the door handle does not retract when I try to open the door electronically. This means the door remains locked even when I try to open it electronically.

I am not sure what might be causing this. It could be an issue with the locking mechanism or the electronic control system.

Any ideas why all bolts except the one at the door handle retract?

Have you already approached the manufacturer with this issue?
