Hi,
what do you think about a ceiling heating system with a cooling function? Does anyone have any experience with this? Since selling my condominium leaves me no choice, I would still be interested in your opinions. So far, I only know about underfloor heating systems and can’t really imagine much about this, especially regarding operating costs.
Thanks!

That is a good question. Similarly, one can ask why a new building, for example, is equipped with solar thermal systems or why individual room controls are mandatory.
Neither of these offers real advantages in a new building.
However, if the primary purpose is cooling in the summer, for instance, chilled ceilings are a very good and cost-effective solution. It ultimately depends on the technical requirements and perspective.
