Hello everyone,
I saw this today at a major online retailer – see the screenshot.
A mold for laying or casting paving stones.
Does something like this work?
How much more effort would it take compared to traditional paving?
From the pictures, it already looks quite neat to me, especially the one with the color highlights.

As an alternative, there is the option of using "concrete in a bag."
There are videos about this on various social media platforms.
You fill the concrete screed into bags, place them next to each other as lumps, and can thus create a path or possibly an area. This also allows you to control the appearance, such as how rounded or flat the "cobblestone" should be. Once the concrete has cured, the bags are simply burned off with a torch.
The charm of this method is that the "paving" can also be lifted again.
And no, I’m not referring to the trick for terrace foundations with lumps of concrete, but really for the final surface. I just can’t find any pictures online at the moment.
