Hello,
I had the measurement service at my apartment last week and now I want to go to the furniture store to finalize and possibly order the kitchen. I have two questions.
1. I will get the 100€ back afterwards with both receipts (kitchen and measurement), correct?
2. If I have basically planned everything and only make final adjustments at the furniture store, can I take everything with me immediately, or do I have to wait until everything is in stock?
3. I only have to pay when I take everything with me, not when I just finish the planning there, right?

Best regards and thank you.

Hello,
1. "Just bring the original invoice of the measurement sheet and the receipt of your kitchen to the customer service return counter, and you will get your money back."

2. You can take everything that is in stock with you. For example, if you have chosen a front that generally needs to be ordered, it will be delivered, and delivery costs will apply.

3. You pay for what is on the cart or what you receive at the goods pickup point.
