bortelGood morning,
I am currently looking into the topic of carports. Unfortunately, I haven’t found much information online; it seems that the usual carport manufacturers don't offer options for my needs.
What I require is a carport with a clear span of 7.2 meters (24 feet). Most common manufacturers only build up to 6 meters (20 feet).
I assume it will need to be a steel structure or a combination of wood and steel.
Do you know of any manufacturers that offer something like this? Visually, I would like to clad it with rhombus slats.

Hello,
try contacting
CP Carport GmbH
Waldschulstraße 28
63628 Bad Soden-Salmünster
That’s who made ours. They customize quite individually and, above all, use "self-supporting" roofs. This means that the parapet is simultaneously the load-bearing element. Because the parapet is much higher than the usual I-beams in a standard construction, you might have a chance there.
Best regards,
Andreas
