ᐅ Carport with electric gate featuring two leaves (double doors)

Hello,
we want to install an electric gate in front of our carport, with two underground motorized gates. Can I design one as a pedestrian gate that can be opened both electrically and manually without having a tripping hazard from a horizontal bar at floor level? Is it possible to have a gate that can be opened either electrically or manually?
Or is the question unclear?
