Dear Homeowners,
I am currently purchasing a condominium and can choose the flooring freely. Even after careful consideration, I am still undecided between carpet, laminate, or hardwood flooring. Cost is not a factor in this decision.
What does the community think? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
Thank you very much for your responses.

I prefer oak wood, and having the floor covered with it is truly something special for me. With children, you do have to make a different choice, but that’s only for a few years, and then you can realize your own dream.
