Is this even feasible, considering that an air-to-water heat pump and a central ventilation system are supposed to be installed there?

The ventilation will then require somewhat longer ductwork for supply and exhaust air.
This is unusual but technically not a problem at all.

Planning without considering the whole picture never leads to a solid solution. A utility room—especially if it’s just a storage space for a washing machine and dryer—can technically be placed inside the building without an exterior wall, but a heating equipment room must be located exclusively where building entries are found.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
