ᐅ Can you paint the interior of a garage made of sand-lime bricks with exterior facade paint?

As mentioned in the title, I want to paint the interior walls of my garage.

What would be the best option for this? Simple exterior wall paint? Is it possible to use a textured paint?

Oh, and the outside will be rendered by a professional who will also plaster the house.

We also have sand-lime brick but no need to improve it yet. It’s only for the car.
Chalk drawings from my child and me will do for now.
