I’m planning to install a wallbox on a welded wire fence panel and unfortunately can’t find a suitable solution for a neat cable management from the ground to the wallbox. Is there something available or do I need to improvise? My electrician would prefer if it was provided, but I will discuss it in more detail with him once I have gathered enough information.

The most obvious choice would be pipe clamps.
If you know how to weld, that would also work.
Cable ties, perforated tape, adhesive, embedding the pipe in concrete at the bottom—there are really many options. Wire mesh panels aren’t exactly hand-forged decorative fences either.
