ᐅ C25/30 = Waterproof concrete?

Can someone please tell me if reinforced concrete or steel fiber reinforced concrete with a concrete grade of C25/30 is always waterproof concrete (WU concrete)?

C25/30 indicates the compressive strength of the concrete; concrete from C25/30 onwards is generally sufficiently watertight.

Since our foundation slab will now be cast with a thickness of 25cm (10 inches) using C25/30 concrete, I wanted to know if it is a watertight (WU) slab.

Watertight concrete, by definition, is achieved by reinforcing standard concrete with plastic additives!
