Hello, I’m new here and just signed up. I hope I’m in the right thread, otherwise please feel free to move this… Thanks!!

I have a kitchen that’s about 7 years old. It wasn’t bought from IKEA at the time. However, since I really like IKEA kitchens and you can customize them yourself, I have the following question. Step by step, I have bought base cabinets from IKEA and placed them into the empty spaces in my kitchen, and they fit perfectly. But I don’t have any kickboards yet—that is, the finishing strip that connects the cabinets to the floor. I hope you know what I mean. Is it possible to buy such kickboards from IKEA? I checked their website but couldn’t find anything. Maybe someone can help me?

Thanks in advance!!!

If not, what alternatives can I use? I can easily apply adhesive myself! The main thing is that the cabinet legs are no longer visible and dirt doesn’t collect underneath the cabinets.

P.S. What are the plastic clips called that hold the kickboards or finishing strips in place?

Hello,
you need a baseboard panel, called "PERFEKT baseboard" at IKEA.

The plastic parts are called, for example, baseboard clips and clip holders. They come with the "Faktum legs." Otherwise, you can get them from customer service. You can find the part numbers in the assembly instructions for the legs.
