Neubau201318 Jul 2012 22:03Hello!
I’m currently spending a lot of time online again and am still looking for a suitable bungalow with a granny flat. This should be about 45 m² (480 ft²). The total living area should be approximately 155 m² (1,670 ft²).
Does anyone here know of a similar floor plan or a prefab house provider that offers something like this? So far, I haven’t been able to find anything... or only for astronomical prices.
Does anyone have any information? That would be really great!
Thank you!

What do you want now? A prefabricated house provider with a ready-made solution or no ready-made solution?
An architect is exactly what you need; they design precisely what you want. But I think you are looking for a solution that costs nothing...
An architect always costs the same, whether you pay for it yourself or the general contractor includes it in their calculation.

Hello,
Huh?! I think you have completely misunderstood that.
That’s exactly what I think too.
Best regards

Neubau201320 Jul 2012 11:36Hello,
I don’t need a general contractor because, as a mason, I am building the house myself. The trades will be contracted out to craftsmen I know well and whose work I trust. My focus is on the floor plan. For that, I don’t require an architect or a general contractor. I’m simply looking for a nice floor plan.
I never said everything should be cheap or free. I have several floor plans, but I’m not satisfied with them. The advantage of prefabricated house providers is that they publish their floor plans online. This way, you can compare them—not copy or plagiarize.
The mention of “astronomical sums” refers to houses that end up with around 220 square meters (2,370 square feet) of living space and start at 280,000 euros. This figure serves as a kind of benchmark for me.
