Thanks in advance.

Notes see image.
Unfortunately, I can’t say much about the air space, but I have seen larger ones planned before – so why not?
I would probably remove the sloped ceiling in the office in favor of the bathroom. Maybe place the desks opposite each other in the middle of the office – that creates a really nice office atmosphere.

The program seems to use dimension lines more to confuse than to clarify – you can see distances from the corner of the room to the center of the window, but I couldn’t determine the thickness of the mobile home walls.

The image on the homepage reminds me somewhat of the bungalow from @Michaela1986 https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/Grundriss-Bungalow-was-gibt-es-zu-beachten.25046 – by the way, several other bungalows are linked in that thread.

Hmm, what does east-west orientation mean? Having a north arrow on the floor plan and a floor plan sketch aligned as closely as possible to true north is always helpful.

4 rooms ...
- Bedroom
- Office
- Guest room?
- Living/Dining/Kitchen?

And adjust the dimensions.

For the kitchen, if the planned side-by-side refrigerator is placed as shown, the fridge section will be positioned inconveniently in relation to the kitchen.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for the suggestions.
The floor plan has been adjusted.
We are leaving the wall thicknesses to the architects.
Orientation, terrace facing East-Southeast. Unfortunately, no compass was found in the software...
