Sorry. The only advice is to discard it.

The woman will be walled into the kitchen. Therefore, there is no need to allocate space for a double bed in the bedroom.

The utility room will be accessed directly from the outside.

Look for suitable bungalow floor plans online or have one designed for you.
Is the plot at least large enough to accommodate a bungalow of this size?

So... the kitchen is meant to remain open; I just couldn’t draw it any other way...
And yes, I forgot the door from the kitchen to the utility room, so that will be added as well...
Of course, we also have an architect planning the project, but the right one hasn’t been involved yet, so for now we’ve taken matters into our own hands and are working based on advice.

Between the kitchen and the living room, there will later be a glass sliding door so I can use it as both an open and a closed kitchen.

Where will your bed be placed?
Do you have to walk through the living room to reach the technical equipment?
It seems a bit amateurish 😉

There are better suggestions online... a proper architect will offer you better solutions!

Why not share the architect’s design? Maybe it’s not so bad after all??!

That’s why we installed a double entrance door to the utility room... so you can also enter from outside.
