- In the utility room (HAR), the window will be moved to the front

@Ybias78 Draw your desired or existing furniture to scale everywhere.
The kitchen layout is not really ergonomic as it is. I would access the parent’s bedroom through the walk-in closet. A bathroom without a window is only a last resort. I would explore a few more options based on YPG's suggestions.

I also doubt the bedroom next to the terrace. That was typical for 1970s bungalows or apartments with balconies. The living room section belongs to apartment construction.
I would probably put the kitchen where the bedroom is now, have the hobby room instead of the kitchen, rotate the children’s room by 90 degrees, and place the bedroom to the east... was there a site plan here? I haven’t seen one...

A site plan includes neighboring properties, vegetation, streets, and such details.
This is a bit tiring... apart from suggesting to "play Tetris," there hasn’t been much input—especially when the person can’t even follow these few lines
