ᐅ Building with Viva Solid House Dresden

We are planning to build a detached (solid) house in the Dresden area and came across the company Viva Massivhaus during our search. Unfortunately, there are hardly any reviews available online. Are there any homeowners who have already built with this company, and what were your experiences? We recently visited a house that was nearly finished, and everything looked very neat.

The house is built, and fortunately, we did a lot of the work ourselves.

For example, defects are not corrected even though they are confirmed by their lawyer.
Rude treatment of customers.
They prefer to spend money on SEO, reviews, etc. But if you look more closely, negative reviews slowly accumulate.

As I said, stay away from the company Viva Haus Dresden. They are quite overwhelmed! They just try to rip off the homeowners! They hire the cheapest contractors, often not even from the local area! Many defects, starting with the shell construction, causing significant delays! The architect produces standard plans and does not make the most of the building permit / planning permission! Where do you want to build?
