ᐅ Building near Hannover. Experiences with property developers / prefab construction companies?

Hello,

we have now decided to build a house just outside of Hannover.
Now we need to compare who offers us what and for how much...
Not so easy.

So here is our plan:
Single-family house (about 140 sq.m (1507 sq.ft) of living space) with a dormer, garage, underfloor heating, fireplace (chimney), and terrace.

Maybe someone here can share their experiences with property developers or prefabricated house companies.
We have already received a quote from IBG-Bau and ProHaus (which was far too expensive).
We also want to get offers from Heinz-Von-Heiden, Bö Steinhaus, Massa Haus, Fischer-Bau.
It would be great to get some valuable tips here, also gladly by private message.

... which also applied to the post by "Fischer Bauer" (from last Friday). I then reported this to the moderation team, suggesting the thread be moved to the moderated section, as it might contain statements requiring a counter-perspective. Afterwards, the entire post by "Fischer Bauer" was removed, so it is no longer possible to understand why the essentially fossil-related thread is being shown as "new."
