Hello dear readers,
I would like to build a house in the second row. The plot is located behind a single-family house, with my private access path being 3 meters (10 feet) wide along the side of the single-family house and extending 43 meters (141 feet) to my plot.
Is the 3-meter (10-foot) access path wide enough for the construction road? What other problems might arise during the construction phase with such a narrow access?

Not only the gas line, electricity/water/sewage connections are just as "expensive" But electricity is needed anyway, and a heat pump could actually make sense there.
It’s best to check with the local utility providers to find out the cost of such a connection. The conditions vary a lot. For one connection here, up to 30m (100 feet) was included.
